3 years.

That’s how long my practice has been open.

But before that, it took nearly 15+ years of sitting in my own darkness, training, crying, unraveling, and walking through depths most people spend their lives avoiding.

I touched temples.
I listened to the land.
I followed the silence between the noise.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped gripping so tightly to who I thought I had to be.

I opened my hands,
and let life carry me where my soul was always meant to go.

It was devotion.
It was remembrance.
It was becoming.

An answer to pain, to inner suffering, and to the extension of it in the name of love offered back to the collective.

Is it scary looking inward?
Yes, I suppose so.

Trust me, what you see is amplified in my eyes. I have felt the depths of it, the weight of it, the ache of witnessing both beauty and suffering so intensely.

And yet, even with all of that, I still believe.

I believe in hope.
I believe in truth.
And above all, I believe in the power of love.

Not the polished kind.
Not the convenient kind.
The kind of love that asks us to stay open even after pain.

The kind that softens us instead of hardening us.
The kind that reminds us that being human is sacred, even in the mess of it all.

I don’t play the healer card, and I don’t rely on spiritual buzzwords. To me, a lot of that language has become a fad that often lacks real depth.

I don’t choose my friends from a “community pool.” I choose people based on their honesty, their integrity, and the truth of their hearts.

Life has humbled me enough to know I don’t need to take up space or sell myself in every room. I have nothing to prove.

Most importantly, I pour into myself first — my wellness, my nervous system, my own inner work first!
-I would never work with someone from a place of depletion. That puts the client at risk and compromises the container and myself.

✨That means taking time off
✨Canceling appointments
✨Saying no when it things feel off
✨Working with purpose

The real truth is…
You can have all the credentials, followers, and money in the world, but without that foundation it means very little.

Real change makers don’t need to remind you of who they are all the time, they just are by embodiment.

-What is inner dance-

Inner Dance is a transformative, meditative journey that uses sound, intuitive touch, and energetic facilitation to guide participants into altered states of consciousness—without the use of substances.

Rooted in Filipino indigenous wisdom and developed by Pi Villaraza, Inner Dance isn’t a “dance” in the traditional sense.

It’s more like a deep energetic process that allows the body to move spontaneously, often while lying down.

Participants may experience physical movement, emotional release, inner visions, or profound stillness.

Inner Dance is a transformative, meditative journey that uses sound, intuitive touch, and energetic facilitation to guide participants into altered states of consciousness—without the use of substances.

Rooted in Filipino indigenous wisdom and developed by Pi Villaraza, Inner Dance isn’t a “dance” in the traditional sense.

It’s more like a deep energetic process that allows the body to move spontaneously, often while lying down.

Participants may experience physical movement, emotional release, inner visions, or profound stillness.

At its core, Inner Dance:
Activates the body’s natural healing and energy systems
Helps dissolve mental, emotional, and energetic blocks
Reconnects you with your intuitive and higher self

Grace 🕊️

I find myself overwhelmed in it these days.

Travelling solemnly on the inclinations of grace for the first time in my life letting myself be carried by where the wind takes me. In full trust that the paths reveals itself in its Devine time and what is meant to be will be.

Observing the sensations when they arise and surrendering entirely. Catching myself when I devi from the path and meeting myself with patience, more slowness. Continuing to fine tune my instrument of freedom and alchemy.

Bravery, a word I have Hurd a few times this week from others of me. That word in the past made me feel like a soldier but now it resonates very differently within me.

Bravery, in its healed expression, transforms into grace. It is a beautiful place that is cultivated by following a path of trust and devotion of the heart. It’s the universe saying I have a plan for you as it extends its hand out for yours and you take a step into the unknown.

I accept with all of me I accept 🙏🏻

I know my work looks scary to some and I can understand why. It took me a long time to get to where I am today and to understand the things that I do.

I am now approaching over 100 sessions and witnessing the transformation of the clients who are coming back, committed to their goals and transforming their lives.

If you would have asked me a year ago would I have believed I would have a practice and clients who would come to see me, I would have probably not believed you.

This time last year, I was laid off from my job, at the hospital almost 3X a week taking care of the man I loved who was dying of terminal cancer. I don’t think I even believed I would ever be able to live entirely again to be honest, let alone have my own practice.

But here is the thing about healing ❤️‍🩹, it takes works and it takes commitment and it takes help.

I did not have the people I needed to support me in that particular phase in my life but I found some that could. I would not honer the person who left if I stayed in that hurt and without this experience I would not have alchemised into the person I am today. I’m not saying grief does not knock on my door but my house is solid and I get to decide if I let it in. I have also added a couples guest houses in case I need back up!

I often get asked if I am drained or scared during sessions and the answer is no, witnessing people release and come back to self can only be done from a place of deeply rooted connection and understanding that stems from abondante clean source energy.

I see it all and it has space to be witnessed and transcended.

Darkness is nearly the absence of light 💡 and an invitation back to self.

Books are full but I have opened 4 available dates exceptionally in October.
